On 25th March 2012, EDF Energy also launched a Spring Progress report on 'Our Sustainability Commitments' at: Our Sustainability Commitments

A strong feature in EDF Energy’s reports is the work the business is doing to rebuild trust with customers. Our Customer Commitments was launched in Parliament in March 2012 and outlines what the company is doing to ensure better service, fair value and simplicity for all of its domestic customers. The company also launched Our Customer Commitments for business customers in April 2012.

These all form part of EDF Energy’s approach to being a leading and responsible business.
